With the Idha Online Driver App, drivers have direct access to their own data on their mobile device. They can view infringements, read messages from the office, follow their activities, and send reports directly from the road. This creates a better day-to-day overview and makes communication between driver and office much easier.
What can drivers do in Driver App?
From the home screen, drivers can quickly see unsigned infringements, unread comments, messages from the office, and reports sent through the app. The app also includes a trend graph, allowing drivers to follow the development of infringements over time.
Handle infringements directly
Drivers can open each infringement and view the explanation, time, and related vehicle. They can then add a comment and sign the infringement directly in the app, making follow-up faster and easier.

Report directly to the office
With the Driver App, drivers can quickly report directly to the office in case of traffic jams, accidents, workshop visits, or other incidents on the road. They can send an explanation, attach a photo, and automatically include GPS coordinates in the report, so the transport manager in Idha can immediately see where the incident took place. This supports faster operational follow-up and provides stronger documentation, including in situations involving inspections by the authorities.
Activities and messages
In the activity menu, drivers can view recorded tachograph activity up to 12 months back, including daily events and related infringements. The app also strengthens communication between office and driver by keeping messages and important updates in one place on the mobile device.
